Really?

How is it that a patient can sleep so soundly for 1.5 hours that everytime I would go in and check on her/him, he/she wouldn't even flinch and would snore through his/her BP cuff going off every 15 minutes. And yet the second the doctor wakes her/him up to talk, he/she develops 9/10 pain requiring narcotic pain medication relief. And then when I go in with said narcotic pain medication, he/she is half asleep again already, but still needs the pain medication. Really?

I'm not at all suspicious...

don't be suspicious, those arm cuff things are enough for me to be wanting narcotics. i have the bruised/chaffed arm to prove it!
